Week 5 in Community 2!

We were so excited on Tuesday to welcome Natures Nest into our community. Our students were respectful, kind and well mannered.

Here is a short video of some of the photos we took. The C2 students read a book to their little learner and then helped them to complete a craft for the story 'The Gruffalo'. It was amazing to see all students in community two showing understanding, care and being gentle when working with a younger person. All the teachers were so proud!

The students also asked Natures Nest children questions about what books they like to read and what their favourite book is. We will use this information to create a pictograph next week and to use when we are thinking about what books to write and illustrate for our little library.
