Week 11

Only one more week of term to go!

This week during math time we began to learn about capacity. We learnt the different mathematical language terms when discussing capacity such as, empty, full, half empty, nearly full. Here are some photos of us below having fun with water and predicting how many cups of water each item would fit!

Some of us did some baking! Yummy!!

Some of us in the community got to make Forkies from Toy Story 4.

Reminders: 

1. If your child has misplaced any items of clothing, please go to the Junior Hall to see if the item is there. 

2. Next Wednesday 1st July is warm day, this is where your child can come to school wearing a beanie, scarf or gloves. If possible, please bring a donation of a warm item such as a blanket as these will be going towards the charity 'Give a Kid a Blanket' to help those who are without warm items during winter time.
